Given that you can use the meta keywords to ‘spy’ on your competitors’ keywords, they can also do the same for you. For that reason, unless you have a legitimate reason to use it, you might want to remove any lingering meta keywords from your website. But first, you need to find them… You can do this for free with Ahrefs Webmaster Tools.
